Happy Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful I found this forum, and extermely grateful for all the advice and support offered to me and Maverick these past few months, I really couldn't have done this journey as well without you

Mav really took to his dosecrease, had a sharp drop from PMPS but then found his groove last night Many thanks to Titan for hosting a BBQ on the beach...Mav really loved his low carb shrimp.

Started off today's cycle nicely with AMPS 211
