Yes, we both work from home, so she gets a 4 hourly meal, 30g of half commercial wet and half raw at 4 hourly intervals, and if she asks for something in between she gets a smaller snack (about half the meal amount).

There is also an auto feeder so that if we go out she still has food at her regular intervals - and if I am worried about her BG I leave out some commercial wet food that I know she's not wild about (so she won't eat it immediately), but will eat if she's desperate between the feeder openings.

I will definitely get a +2, maybe also a +3. If I see her dropping quickly between pre-shot and +2-3, I will definitely do +4, but if she is stable I will probably make sure that the food is loaded and ready for her.

Previously I've noticed that is she is taking a dive she will start doing it between pre-shot, +2, and +3. If she's holding steady and going down slowly, she will 99% of the time continue to go down slowly.
