8-Aug Mav 300ish Phoenix is home

Mav was hanging in the low 300s today, but had a good cycle last night, nothing dramatic...173 at +5. This mini-bounce will likely clear tonight.
Thanks so much for the prayers and vines for my sweet pup, he was a model patient, and all the staff fell in love with him. He's home and resting, the surgery went very well! Retinal function was tested and is excellent, so he should be able to have very good vision. He was so excited to see me, you'd have thought I had left him for months! If he were a smaller dog, he would gave jumped in my arms...and he actually tried , all 80 lbs of him lol

He is currently wearing his cone of shame like a champ

Somehow @Susan&Felix sent me some serious eye dropping skills for my pup Phoenix...I've become a pro, I can get drops in each eye on the first go, only the occasional miss. Thank you Susan thinking of you and your mom, hope her cataract surgery is a breeze, sending lots of healing vines your way.
