Well this is it I am at day 14 now need info again on what we do beside party...How often do I test and how do you not test???? :lol: How will I know LOL Kath


Party today my big Brother(only weights about 9 lbs) Schooch is 17 he is my boss I guess but like Mitzy I think they are like my mom & dad...Muggins is like Mick my baby brother and we are buddies

Morning Sweetie....there is a party going on for Trey in another condo! Day 14 is OTJ party day! :lol:
Testing is a tough habit to break. There are no set times...once a day if you want to for the first week or so. Once you convince yourself that Trey is getting continued good numbers, once a week is okay...then once a month if you want to. The first few times, well, might as well tell you, eve now, when i test Raja, I hold my breath! Just so wonderful and hard to believe but then I read the <100 number and I am relieved all over again! :lol:

If they aren't acting right, something just seems off, then a test is in order. The BGs will be raised if there is an infection going on. That is a great tool to have. If you suspect something,, then test. I try to test 4 hours after eating whenever I do a spot test...
It might feel strange at first...not testing everyday. It's an adjustment for us, not them. they seem to "know" they are fine....
