Hi LL peeps!
Well, as expected, Meadow stayed high today after her dramatic day yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21875
Forced myself to stay up until 11:30pm last night and because she was at 108 then, I set the alarm for 2am. Got up, don't know how I checked her, but I did and then slept right through the 4am alarm. But that was then and this is now.
Today she had an exceptionally great day as far as appetite, playfullness and alertness went and she just plain enjoyed life today. Too bad her bg's didn't cooperate, but at least they didn't shoot into the 500's this time. Gotta be thankful for small miracles, right?!
Anyone ever tried any homeopathic or natural remedies to help the blood sugar regulate? Did some googling and found a few natural things that sound good, but who knows. Would love to hear if anyone supplements their sugarcat with something, if so what, and whether it works or not.
Headed off to bed now because I am paying for my lack of sleep last night. Night everyone!
