Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) And Happy Monday to everyone...

Mannie had a nice evening last night - with a blue surf. This morning we are at 241: yellow!, and not pink. YAY! I hope he will maintain this. I had hoped to hike today, but... weather reports are iffy: dense fog through the morning, showers early afternoon - so what's the point if you can't see what you are going there to see? we will postpone this until TH, when predictions are sunny, and 80, not foggy and 40... probably a wise decision. There is a low tide today @ -2.6, so I think I shall go shore exploring instead....

Mannie was so affectionate this morning - and ready to get the day going. He was my back up alarm today - woke me up with whiskers in the face, a few paws on the chin, and lots of purrs. Breffis #1, #2 consumed. Kitty toys slobbered on, chewed, and currently being slept on. He had a great night last night - my son stopped by, and Mannie spent a portion of the evening camped out on his lap - they were best buds when my son still lived at home.

Hey - have a great day everyone! I need GOOD ~O) ~O) so I think I shall take a run up to the local coffee shop, and get some. I am grateful that they are open early...

I had the same kind of wake-up this morning...guess our boys like the yellow floor this morning! Hope they have fun together there.
Mannie wins for the lowest yellow though. Good boy Mannie...that was a nice night you had too! Good boy!

Poor Stu has the vet this morning....looks like we all got a vet trip this week, ugh!
What is with our Beans anyway? The 3 of us going to the vet at the same time in
August...it's supposed to be a FUN month! ARRGGGHHH!

Face slaps are just phase 1 for Podo. When that doesn't work, she stands on my head and does the kitty kneeding.

I can just see Podo and the stand on the head and kneed, claws extended for good measure. :lol: one of my civvies will do that - she's so gentle, but the claws are there, and I have stopped explaining to all why I always have all these kitty scratches from one end to the other....

Shad-O! Dude! you are so on.... I can't wait for Trey's party - all that cookin' and dancin' an singin' - the best. Hey - we are going to help Stu when he gets home from the vet - cook him a fine lunch, and help him get rid of the vetty smell - ya know? We all be vetty kitties this week - weird huh! Well Tess is another yellow kitty this morning, it's a conspiracy. :lol: They all want to support Stu. I can't believe you are getting out so early, I just barely got ~O) ~O) made. Thank goodness that DH gets home tomorrow, he makes coffee while I test, feed and shoot Tess.

Michelle, my vet told me to just squirt it on her gums. I put it in a small bottle to make it easier. If you have to brush it on w/ a q-tip, why not just brush the teeth? I got those little toothbrushes at Medi-Vet.com , found them through Amazon. They also have Maxi/Guard for about $8 a bottle, my vet charged about the same as yours. Fortiflora is $19, I got some 'cause there wassn't any extra shipping. I ordered on Wed. and got the order on Fri. :o

Mannie! Your mom got that stuff too, well, that's not so bad, but now my mom is brushing! It tickles! Just heading out for Stu's, see you there. I'm bringing my mew fave, Trout Pate on Tuna Crusts. -- Tess

:-D and yes - yellow seems to be the color of the day... we are at 264 at +4 - nice yellow surf, and with Mannie being Mannie, when will the dive start.....

Thanks Ann - I think I will give a spray on the gums approach (and yes i can already see the advantages to a smaller bottle - so much easier!)- cuz you are right - if you're using the q-tip way then why not brush the teeth. He did ok with it yesterday, but would only let me go so far until it was a "no way" glare and fidget. Hopefully once i get him used to this we can move onto brushing... and thanks for the info - I will check it out.

TESS! You totally rock - I LOVE Trout! We have them tasty little morsels in a stream near her. My bean has no clue that I sneak out at night looking for them YUM! I am bringing salmon to Stu's.. it will be so fun. I hope Stu is doing OK - he should be at the vetty place now... nailbite_smile I'm not so sure on that toothie stuff - it's really weird, and she messes with my mouth! I guess it is OK - sure better than going to the vetty place for all those dentals... See you soon! ~~ Mannie

:lol: Yes! Good idea! restriction to quarters... I like it. too bad though that he has already left for the party - in such a hurry to get to have everything right for Stu, and something about getting a head start for Trey's. His social life is better than mine - by a mile. :-D

Michelle, I hear ya on the social life. I never went to as many parties as Checkers goes to. I have to live vicariously through him. :lol:
Let's look for mostly blues for our boys tomorrow....altho a green would be nice :smile:
