I’m still scratching my head at her BGs lately. She’s eating ok…weight good (no weight loss)?

Just got a +3. Shes doing, so far, the same thing as yesterday. Shes eating fine. Actually gained a little weight at her last visit to the vet. Shes picky, which is why I have so many problems with the HC foods. She likes her dry, and two flavors of Weruva wet and thats basically it. Last night I thought Id try the 5% she seemed to like when I gave it to her before for her after pm shot meal. She ate 9G and walked away. I filled her bowl with her usual one she likes and she ate every drop!!
Despite 9 days on the nose drops, shes still doing that snorty thing once in a while. Im wondering if she has a sinus infection. Who knows. I want to take her back to my regular vet, but shes on vacation till the end of the month. I like this guy she saw ok, but I dont know, I just feel more comfortable with my other vet. This vet I saw gave me a few other options, like CT scan and xray. Xray might be an ok idea to see if something is stuck in there I guess, but I think it would be happening a little more often if that was the case. The reason I mention this is I always wonder if it has something to do with whats going on with her BG. It might not.
Ive been real careful about not shooting near the two lumps so I dont think thats it. Shes just weird. At least I did get some sleep.

I think the different eating (not your fault) of HC dry and then lower carb food is making it a little challenging to flatten her out but I understand when they are picky.

I hope your DH is feeling better.
