? 8/9, Bell, AMPS 242 +4 247 PMPS 179 Blair outer ear bump ?

Last night I noticed Blair has these bumps on her outer ear. They seem to be close to her ear veins. I've struggled with her getting frequent ear issues all her life (it is really the only health problem she has). I noticed her scratching at her ears a month ago (this was after being treated with an ear infection 2 month ago). So I used TrizUltra Keto wash for 2 to 3 weeks, once a day, which is what the vet sent me home with for the last ear infection. That always helps a lot, it just seems like she's better for a bit and then it comes back once I stop the wash.

So I think the bumps are either her hitting the veiny protrusions when she is scratching or an allergy of some kind. I'm really hoping it isn't food related. The only "food" related thing I've changed recently is brushing her teeth (Petsmile Rotisserie Chicken). I do leave my windows open a lot. And she often hides in dusty corners of my apartment.

Anyway, any advice or questions to ask the vet would be much appreciative. Last time I had her treated, they offered me the option of doing the wash or having medication with a steroid (the vet said that it could cause temporary hearing loss?). So I opted for the wash. But that doesn't seem to be cutting it. They did do a culture to make sure of what they were treating.

One more thing. The bigger bump at the base of her ear (where the hair is coming off) has been there for years. The hair loss is new. As are the rest of the bumps

Yikes on possible hearing loss from a steroid.
I hope you get some good ideas from the gang here on what to ask!
