After a nice green cycle yesterday, Tinkles bounced up to a high pink PMPS. He's back down to a low pink this morning. Not bad, all in all.

WCR: He's feeling good! He had a sneezing fit this morning, and I may have discovered the cause of the URI symptoms...a small piece of dry food! I'm not 100% sure, I guess I'll know if I see a dramatic improvement. I'll be nice to Pat, and spare you the details! :lol: Tinkles has already had two naps in "his" kitty cube this morning....he loves them! I got a couple of pics, I'll try to upload one later. Thanks to everyone who mentioned them, what a great idea!

Thank you Laurie...it IS early in the AM and I appreciate the lack of detailed information! (you DO paint a very real picture when you describe things...LOL) I hope Mr. Tinkles will keep coming down...that is a lowish pink...and Raja only comes out of that darn cube to eat! :lol: She absolutely LOVES it...well, she uses both of them while Shadow only went in once or twice.
And maybe some day you will tell me how you came to give him his name...or do I not want to know that either??? :lol:

Oh, his name is a non-graphic story! :lol: My DD named him after the evil cat in the movie Cats and Dogs. I really need to put that in our profile. Our other two cats are my asthma kitty, Pita (yes, she is! and that's why she's named that!) and Angel (who isn't..no halo on her head).

I think Tinkles has decided he owns all of the cubes. He is laying next to them as if to say, "This is my territory, keep out!" The other two have investigated, but are not nearly as interested as he is. That's ok, they have enough fun with catnip toys and each other.

Hi Laurie, All our boys were on the pink floor this morning. I hope that Mr. T. will come down: he's close to yellow. Yep, those cubes are really fantastic. Stu has taken to sleeping in one of his, and to hiding in the other when we want to find him to give him his shot!

Tinkles took a long nap in the cube this afternoon, and I waited to test him until he woke up. He hasn't eaten much today, not like he usually does. He was at 51, but not hungry, so I waited and retested 30 minutes later...57. I offered him a fresh snack, and he decided to eat some of it. Then he threw it back up. He seems fine, behaving normally. I think I'll wait a little bit and offer another snack.

He has gained 1/2 lb in the last week. :smile:

I know, Kelly. At least he is being considerate with his bouncing, he goes low during the day and bounces at night so I can get some sleep. :lol:

I may regret typing that.... ohmygod_smile

Very nice cycle! Maybe those cubes are magic!!

Vomiting is a relatively common side effect of azithromycin. You might want to check with your vet. Maybe some Pepsid would help to keep Mr. Tinkles stomach more settled until your done with the antibiotic.

Well, he ate another snack, threw it up again....with a big hairball! I think that was it, the hairball. He's eating again now, we'll see how it goes. Sienne, I was thinking about the Azithy, thanks for the tip about the Pepcid. If he continues, I will call the vet in the morning.

Those cubes are magic, I'm sure of it! ;-)

nice numbers today to clear that surf!
Glad Mr. Tinkles' hairball is out and hopefully now his tummy will feel better and the food will stay down

He's slowly rising. Stomach seems fine now, he's hungry. Should I shoot this 113? Stall?

BTW, the cube he loves....it's GREEN!!!! :mrgreen:
