He's getting nadirs below 200 but not consistently. He's looking pretty good today though and I'm wondering if it's just time passing or it's because I started a new pen today. I can't remember when I started the old pen, but it was still clear, not expired, and I used it until the very last drop.

Your old pen was likely fine - I used mine down to the last drop for Jax. Not sure how you feel about increasing but if open to it, you could ask a question to the board? Hope you had a good weekend!
