Good afternoon all,

Not much to report, except that Jessica's BG level moving between 200 - 300.
A little surprise on 8/5 when +5 =87 and +6.5 =133, then everything back to previous ranges.
I can feel she has more energy and eager to go outside to the backyard.
She still drinking a lot and peeing a lot.

Can someone tell me where I can buy Methylcobalamine? I try to ask my Vet to order it but he said he couldn't find it from the manufacturers.

You might want to get Zobaline. This brand of methylcobalamine is specifically formulated for diabetic cats.

Thanks. I bought the Zobaline and gave her once a day. I am looking for subcutaneous injection for methylcobalamine since Jessica may have gastrointestinal problem.

Have you seen this great webpage on Treating IBD with B12? It has some good info and references.

From what I can tell, you can't give methylB12 by injection.
