+1 235, 1.35oz 10%, 7 drops kidney liquid

Nom, nom, nom - that has become my favorite sound. Zener's appy is good this morning. He's now sleeping in the chair helping with his condo. Tillie the civie was sitting on the wireless router (warming her butt) and looking out the window but now is sleeping on the heating pad. Yes, we plugged it in a couple of weeks ago. Anne is doing fine after her colonoscopy yesterday. It was good to eat! The anesthesia made her a little loopy last night but that should be worn off today. She has a bit of diverticulosis (not diverticulitis as I mis-reported yesterday  ). That should get better with a change in diet (more produce, whole grains, beans).

In LL news, Neko has her second day of SRT today. The tumour is moderate size and very treatable. OTJ trials for Karre and Tucker are going very well. Barbara (& Tuffy) continues to do well in her recovery from a broken femur - ouch. DBIL of Lisa (& Do Lou) has been in ICU for 4 weeks - he is slowly improving and vines are very much appreciated. Many puzzles in LL with regard to kitty health. Racci is having sores on her bum again. Rosy had a good blood work report. Charlie in Amsterdam is a very bouncy kitty with leukocytes in her urine and vomiting, both of which remain a puzzle and a big worry to her beans. Thanks to Devon for all the condo visiting that she does. Be sure a take a look at Latte's spreadsheet sometime - it's amazing! Happy Tuesday LL!
Liz

Hi guys .. sounds like all is well in your household! Nothing better then having a kitty with a good appy, that's for sure! And well of course, a kitty with a warm bum is always good too  Glad to hear Anne is doing fine after her appt yesterday .. I hope the new diet helps her out .. and thanks for the recap in LL, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the on-goings! Have a great day guys!

Blue green blue green. What's up with that Zener? Can't make up your mind? A heating pad already? Wow. I should move there! Great great news on Anne's polyp free procedure. Hope you all have a great day!

I love your LL recaps! Granted, I don't know most of the people on this board, it's nice to see all the good things that are going on with other kitties...even the good poos!

Now, Zener...the blues are nice and you should stay there. I would like for Shasta to stay there most of the time. (eases my mind more than the greens...even though they are ideal!) If you two could get your stuff together, I think your momma beans would appreciate. Can we try this?

Happy Tuesday, Deborah & sassy Shasta

And it's another Zener slide into a green PMPS!

@Devon - we so appreciate these good appy days {{{anti-jinx}}}}! I am much improved today following my procedure yesterday. I took lots of naps to clear that nasty anesthesia. Zener was very helpful with napping! ;-)

@Helen - as instructed, Zener did not spend much time on the yellow floor! We were glad to read Rosy's vet visit went well. :-D

@Melissa & Mr T - the mighty Z likes all colors so it's hard for him to pick his favorite. ;-) And yes, heating pad weather. Once our southwestern monsoon pattern starts, the afternoon showers cool things right off. So, we plugged in one of the heating pads as a test, and the kitties are spending a lot of evenings and early mornings there.

@Michelle & Mannie - hooray for NOM NOM NOM! Hey Mannie, I's not so sure about the water things, 'sides Gabby is such a good diver we might not gets the gold. How's about synchronized trampoline? I think we be the best in the world! - Zener

@Deborah & sassy Shasta - Since Zener has been leaving deposits in the LB lately, the poo patrol hasn't had much work, so Liz took on the job as LL city editor. ;-) We like blues too, and are getting less nailbite_smile about greens. Zener loves to slide into green PMPS, beans - not so crazy about that pattern.

@Amy - a nom nom nom day is a good day!

Wishing everyone a drama-free evening!

the updates, Liz!!!!!

Re: 8/7 Zener PMPS 95

I like that PMPS! That's what happens on a nom nom day, Zener. You have to have more of those. It's so funny to think of using a heating pad for warmth already.

Anne, I'm glad it wasn't diverticulitis. I hope the diet gets you back on track quickly. It's great to get that colonoscopy over and done with and a clean bill of health. I'm due for one too. ugh

Liz, thanks for mentioning Racci in your newsletter. We love your newsletter! I hope Inspector Poo hasn't retired though. He's a valuable part of the community. ;-)

Melanie & Racci

Re: 8/7 Zener PMPS 95

I would just like to point out that Zener and Gracie are neck and neck for cool green PMPS tonight! Silly kitties!

Looks like flat blues, so early bedtime for night duty bean.

+2 123, 0.4oz 10%
+3 135, 0.6oz 10%
+4.5 125, 0.4oz 10%

@Marjorie - thanks for the hootin' encouragement! And you are so right.... all our resistance has melted away! Liz is dreading going back to work in two weeks, her city editor updates are likely to go from a daily to a weekly.

@Melanie - we love NOM NOM days! And we love healing numbers too! The diagnosis was mild diverticulosis, so more fiber should help and I don't have to have another colonoscopy for 10 years. By then, maybe there will be something less invasive! ;-) No worries about retirement by Detective Poo or Chief Inspector Crapdash. Once a member of poo patrol, it's always about the poo!

@Deborah and sassy Shasta - Zener couldn't hang with Missy G in the green lagoon. She's the champ.

And it's ni ni LL! I-)

nom nom nom = punkin's favorite sound  glad to hear zener's loving his fuds! go zener man!

great recap - good to hear all the LL news! i'll miss it when you slow down the action, liz. good to hear a little diet change is the only outcome of your fun over-50 procedure, anne! could be so much worse.

ni ni little zener and peeps. keep up the nice surf!
