He's getting so heavy but he is soooo happy and purring. There is something nice about a cat's attitude when you remove them from their home and then bring them back. Snoball has been more relaxed since our vet visit - he seems to understand that this is his home, not just a stop-over to the next place.

Well, I can't imagine him ever leaving. I have to see if I can handle the cost of the insulin first. BF and I don't even call him Snoball (snic). The vet tested his hearing by calling him Snoball which got no response but then I fessed up and told him to say Alska and that got a response. Right now the rescue agency gets discounted vet care so I may need to take advantage of that first. He just might be a Christmas present for me :-D
 
By all means, take advantage of it. I am sure they will still be happy for you to take him for a white Christmas present. :-D
