Hi all,

Can you tell me if that fructosamine level is indicating that her dose has been too low for too long or am I mis-understanding that?

The glucose level is pretty high too.

I can share the official blood and urine tests if that's better.

Creatinine is also slightly high.

Maybe you’ve already come across it but this thread gives the reference range for the fructosamine test.
As of June 2019 IDEXX Reference Laboratories had provided updated reference intervals for canine and feline fructosamine results:
The new reference interval for cats is now 137-286 µmol/L (previously 0 to 340 µmol/L).

Some labs have their own reference ranges listed next to the results.

From what I understand, I think a fructosamine value of 453 could indicate fair glycemic control but if read along with the BG of 333 and any other clinical signs, it could mean poor glycemic control too, I guess?
Since it’s only one value and not a trend it might not be too conclusive of either.

On a related note, how’re you and Jessi doing?
