I would love for you to get a +7 or +8 tonite..... set an alarm.....
look at your spreadsheet for Aug 3.... pm cycle.... you started in the pink.... but just 8 hours later, down to green....
hopefully you'll get a repeat of this again but I sure want you to set the alarm and check.... in case it's a lower green....

I usually stay up testing till midnight then bed till 2am get up test so I will have a +8 that's my routine then depending on numbers I go back to bed for 2 hours and start all over again if I don't like number then I test every hour. Thank heavens he's a good boy and sleeps through it sometimes
