Hmmm... do you have any idea what his low in the cycle may be on the 2U? If I remember right, you got some low PSs before on that dose. If it were me, I would try to get a spot test in somewhere in the +4 to +6 range now and then (you may be already), that will help you judge how the insulin is working, and then when you get oddball #s like this, you may have a better idea if it's because it's not enough insulin, or perhaps too much and you are getting some rebound. Just a suggestion. Hope he is doing well today.
