Sorry about the late post. I was out with my grandkids today and just got home. So Doogle is clear of his bounce and he is working that insulin...LOL. He is doing so much better at least. He is going to the bathroom now as far as we know (believe me we can tell just from the smell....LOL). We will be taking him back to get an x-ray to see how things are moving along (no pun intended). So I fed Doogle a little with that 85 so we can hopefully surf. I am hoping soon to go get an ultrasound and be tested for hyperthyroidism and other stuff. With his heart being a valentine-shaped heart, I know that can mean big problems down the road. At least the vet did not hear a murmur, so that is good.

Griff, the jester of the herd, brought me a present while I was asleep.....a bug! I didnt even know it at first. I felt him playing next to me and I thought he was trying to get a toy or something, so I shurgged it off. Then, the kitten was playing and I turned over to try and find the toy she was wanting and there is was, crawling on the bed. I freaked out!! I rolled out of the bed like I was part of the Special Forces in battle....LOL. So thanks Griff....love you too.

Ok we are still going down. I gave him a teaspoon of HC. Lets see what happens. Sometimes HC or honey doesnt work. I am a little scared after these past 2 weeks!

Ok hoepfully we are surfing now.....no dips in the deep end of the pool I hope. I know Rhiannon! It was not a fun way to be woke up that is for sure.

Nice surfing, Doogle!!

Ew, I'm going to be walking around randomly shuddering after the bug-in-bed story. When Papaya and I lived in Taiwan, in the morning when I got up I used to find the odd giant cockroach lying helplessly on its back flailing its little legs. I think Papaya would chase them around and bat at them until they flipped over and were no more fun. Now I am SO GLAD she never thought to bring me one in bed. EEEeewwww.

I hope the further tests go well!
