I got to watch Alska attack Bing last night. It was fabulous and well deserved to finally see another feline put teeth to his back and push him down. Alska got lots of high fives from the rest of the brood and the human witnesses. It didn't seem to affect his numbers at all.

I am at the last drop of this Levemir cartridge so I will start a new one tomorrow. I may start him on 1.5u just in case it is more potent.

So this evening I brought Mommacat outside because it seemed the boys chased her off the bed but instead she was hungry and wanted to go back upstairs. Well as I was trying to pick her up instead she made a run for it and off went Bing in the chase. Unfortunately the only way to get Bing to stop is to scream as if someone was stabbing me - poor Alska was making his way up the stairs for his test and there he was crouched on the second to last step as I let out that ear-blasting scream. I thought his bg would be through the roof but he immediately calmed down and came back up for his test. His purring is like a double shot of valium for me.

In case your wondering or questioning, if Bing isnt jolted to stop he will follow through and take a piece out of her back. She's 16 years old and the chase up the stairs is enough to do her in. I really do think I am going to have to permanently lock him up or euthanize him.

Why can't he be like this all the time

He reminds me of my daughter when she was little. Absolutely the definition of Hell on wheels, one day she was sound asleep on my lap at grandma's house and mom mentioned how angelic she looked with her golden ringlets. It had been one of THOSE days with her so my response was Yep angelic when asleep but with a black heart when awake. Lol

Haven't read much on your problems with Bing, so maybe it's already been suggested or tried, but what about Prozac?

I have thought about Prozac but I can't afford it right now - my Emmylou has a persistent UTI and vet bills have maxxed out my emergency credit card so Bing is in jail for now.
