Zener is doing fine this morning. We didn't like that AMPS number but he's coming down nicely. Appy is good so the higher dose of prednisolone must be kicking in. :-D :-D We started at 2.5 mg BID, then went to 1.25 mg BID, then tried 0.625 mg BID and that wasn't enough. So we are at 1.25 mg BID, trying to find the sweet spot with good appy but not frantic for food. Paws crossed! He did a big yard patrol and has had a nap on the bed with sleeping Annebean, a nap in the morning sunny spot and now out under the lounge chair in the shade.

Nice slide for Zener, but I know he can come down at least another color!!!! Good luck on finding the right dose for the big man! Happy Sunday fun day! :-D

Ah... the balanced dose game. A classic, but not a family favorite! Fingers and paws crossed that "sweet spot" shows her beautiful face soon!!

Good luck with the pred dosing. Hmm.... I do remember struggling with that one too.

All sounds good in Zener's world. :-D Beans might be a little happier with him down a floor, but happy appy is great!

i agree - a happy appy is a good thing! glad to hear Zener's had his afternoon nap with annebean! :-D

Would you mind giving Paula/Michael info on your magnifying visor? She's looking at a particular one on Amazon. She's had 3 brain aneurisms and has trouble focusing her eyes, so is hoping the magnifier will help.
