8/31/2024 Max Dosing Advice

I started Max on Tight Regulation a few days ago and things have been going really well. Today he stayed almost entirely in the green. He had one dip around +3 this morning to 50 or just under according to Libre graph. I had to leave for a little bit and saw the graph when I got back. Do I maintain the dose of .25 or do I reduce for tomorrow morning?

I would not reduce. He’s looking good and a 50 bg means you hold. It sounds like you didn’t give him mc or hc and his bg came up from there. The Libre sometimes reads lower than an ear prick.
