Yesterday caber 330

So back to work for me. They got new phones and I have no idea how to work it.

A new housekeeper had been hired. I don't know what she looks like. Also she was here this morning and no one has seen her since 10 am. We called her home, searched every room and stairwell. Went and looked in all the cars in parking lot. Finally reach her and she says this isn't for her so she left and didn't tell anyone.

Then resident gets stuck in elevator and no way of reaching maintenance.

So how is your day?????
