it's been an interesting morning already! Ollie's first test was 65. Mark looked at me and said "Well, that's a pretty low number. Maybe we should stall?" My head whipped around and all i could say was "Marje is still sleeping!!!!" He thought i was nuts but then i told him "Did you know, you just woke up The Borg Queen!!!! I can hear her heading this way...shaking her head...saying.. "you have tons of data, plenty of supplies and you know how to handle low numbers... NOW SHOOT!!!!"
I remember the first time i saw a 65 pre shot number. It was last May at Rd. America. I was frightened but thought i did a spectacular job...stall, test, shoot when he started to go up. Then ....The Borg Queen appeared and reminded me that we are TRYING to get into and stay in lovely greens and the only way to do that is to SAFELY shoot green numbers. I'll always remember her telling me we have tons of data about Ollie's cycles, lots of supplies, know how to handle low numbers if they appear and SHOOOOOT anything above 50. There's just no way i'm going to bring on The Borg Queen...so we tested again, got a 73 and shot.
Poor Ollie wasn't in the mood for his shot and was trying to squiggle away to eat his breffis. I shot him at a goofy angle and he growled, turned around and showed me his teeth...Lovely little white things!.. When i took out the needle, it was bent. So he had an ouchie shot. Sorry baby. I hope it all got in and is ok. Now he and dad have gone btb.
ELSA!!!!! Bring it on sweet Lil BIt!!! auntie mary is suffering from no mochas!!!
