Went BTB and got up at +3 and now he wants me to go BTB with him. He is so rotten! :-D

Because he sleeps in my bed 90% of the time, he thinks if he's there, I should be too. Sometimes, during the day, he'll fuss until I lay down for a few minutes and pet him. Such a spoiled kitty! Yeah I know, my fault. :lol:

I've got civvie Moppet grooming herself next to me on the bed. She's come a long way from the cat I had to wrap in a blanket to take home.

Lucian, You're headed in the wrong direction. The blue lagoon and the tall green grass are the other way from that 175!

Kitty snuggles are great. One of my civies has taken to napping on my desktop, up by the phone on a little shelf so she can be close to me when I'm at the computer.

He found his 'map', going the right direction now. :thumbup Although with his past, that 175 doesn't bother me at all.

I've said for a long time, if he'd just stay under renal threshold, I'm happy. He doesn't need to be in non-diabetic numbers for me, just healthy numbers that aren't causing organ damage.

I have a big black wasp in here somewhere. :o It happens every summer, I'll get a couple of them. My windows haven't been opened in months, we have interior hallway entries, no logical way for it to get in, but they do. Every year. And it freaks me out, cause I'm allergic. So I spend the day walking around with a magazine, looking up to the ceiling (which is 21 foot) and hoping it'll come down so I can kill it! Once I find it. Don't know where it is now. I hate that! :-x

I've had the maintenance guy come and caulk all around my windows, brickwork, etc and still they get in! :-x Usually, one of the cats will alert me. I'll see them staring at something and track it down. Patches is the best at that, finds spiders a lot too. :lol: Gives me a chance to kill 'em. :-D I don't do creepy crawlies. :evil:

Been here 4 yrs and every summer, deal with wasps and spiders. Guess that's the price you pay for 'historic' buildings. I won't let them spay for bugs in my apt, because of my cats and I figure they spray in the other 53 apts, I should be fine. :-D Never had a roach in here or anything other than the occasional spider or wasp, so I guess I shouldn't complain. :roll:

My Wink is a bug stalker, hunter and eater. Some of the bugs he eats gross me out bigtime. :roll:

Nice to see Lucian down in those blues and greens so much more now that he is on the Levimir. Yes, a few bounces up to some low pinks a couple of times, but so much better. You must be thrilled to see less bouncing and see him on a more even keel.

I can't tell you, Deb, how happy I am with him. :-D

Although, he's pretty flat today, he might be planning a deep sea diving trip tonight. He does that sometimes after a flat one. We'll see.......

Fooled you, huh? Lucian being Lucian, went in the exact opposite direction you were thinking. He is just Opposite Cat today and most days.

Check the air intakes (for combustions furnaces, for example) and exhausts (like kitchen, bathroom and laundry exhaust fans) If those aren't screened, winged stingy things may trek inside. Some bath exhausts only go into attic spaces (bad, actually, as the humidty can rot the wood), so if the attic has any vents - soffit, gable, or roof - with gaps, that's a way they could get in.

@BJM All my stuff goes thru pipes, across the ceiling and out the walls.........I live in a loft type apt. Everything is exposed inside and goes out the walls. There is a place where the exposed brick wall meets drywall ceiling, that has a small gap and I suspect that the wasps have nests in the roof and come in thru there, since I'm on the top floor.

Been dealing with it for years, don't like it any better. :roll:
 
Went to sleep at 9, woke at 3 and couldn't go btb, so I'm still up. Hopefully I'll get back to sleep after his shot.
