Yesterday's Condo

Apparently, I started a condo but didn't hit submit at home! Willie was a bit of a whiner butt last night and early this morning, but made up for it with lots of btb cuddles. When I woke up again, he was sacked out:


I had forgotten to close the pet door last night at bedtime, and somebody snuck out for a midnight cicada chase. He was quite chagrined 20 minutes later when I told him that curfew was upon him and he was to come to bed pronto. :lol: :lol: :lol: He managed to bring in 2 cicadas yesterday... here's a video of what he does with them:

I can't watch with sound - I'm on a conference call. Honestly I feel bad for the cicadas and would have saved them from Willie. Henry likes to play with bugs too so I bought him a bug luer (sp) on a string. Its like a bug fishing luer(sp) without the hook.

Can't wait to watch his meow video.

Okay, so Willie is the cutest thing ever!!! First off, I would have freaked if Champ brought cicadas in my house. They are so UGLY!!! Second, I love how you and Willie can have a conversation. He has the cutest meow!! Champ doesn't talk very often, only when he's complaining about a car ride or it's 4 in the morning he wants food...not pleasant sounds to say the least!!

btw...nice bra!! :lol: :lol: yes, I noticed, but at least it was in a pile of laundry and not laying on the couch or hung on the bed post like mine usually are!! :lol:

OMG...how ADORABLE is he and those merrrrow!! I could listen to that all day. But the cicadas....eeeewwwwwwww!!!

Darn..Patty beat me to it on the bra!!! And that is on YouTube? Hope Mr. DMV doesn't see it...hmmm...or maybe...uh nah...never mind.

So here's a funny story about bras. My 83 year old mom fell last week...not funny. She hit her head and they had to call the paramedics...not funny...she needed 7 stitches. BUT after she fell, she could feel her head bleeding and so she grabbed the closest thing she could but didn't know what it was. When the paramedics got there, she had a a blood-soaked bra pasted to her head :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: And it wasn't a small bra.....nuff said. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: She laughed and laughed when she told me.

Marjorie - I'm sorry for laughing at your mom. But the image of her all banged up with a bra held to her head probably helped break the ice :lol: Hope she's okay now.

What a handsome boy he is! Morgaine will play with bugs and she has no mercy so I either save them or if they have been too abused I end their misery. She has to wait for them to get in the house though.

So, did Willie ever eat his dinner? Too cute!!!

The video of Willie meowing is just too adorable. Simon also likes to play with bugs because he thinks he is such a big man when he bats around a little puny bug!

Loved the bra story, Marje! The paramedics must have thought she was pretty creative with using a bra for a bandage. I'm sure they all talked about it at the station when they got back.

Love your conversation with Willie about his dinner - so cute! A lot of my guys are talkers, too, but Petey in particular is quite the conversationalist. It's too fun to chat with a cat!

Willie is on the move again tonight! He was once again not happy with his first dinner option, but with that 43, he got his Grammy's Pot Pie so has been eating like a little porker. It's funny... even more than his meow, I actually find his habit of licking his lips and sticking his tongue out whenever you mention food much more hilarious. :lol: :lol: :lol: "dinner? *licklicknomnom* why yes! MEOW!!"

Got the inversion table set up and tried it out. Didn't fall apart and dump me on my head, so that is promising. It definitely stretches the back, but you're supposed to take it slow the first couple weeks and not invert too far. I think I will like it. After putting that together, tackled an organization project in the garage. Now cooling off a bit!!

Okay, Marjorie, you had me rolling at tbp today! That story about your mom was just priceless. But hey, she got the job done and stopped the bleeding! Bravo to her. As for the bra on my floor, not the cutest, but I figure everyone on the internet knows that women wear them, so I don't freak out too much about anyone seeing it. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Numbers are great tonight - I bet Willie is lovin' his Grammie's Pot Pie. NOMNOMNOM... Mannie says he will be right over.
