Good Morning, Everyone,

After a day of coming down from the fur shot, Rusty has probably hit his nadir. We may see a bounce later. He had a good night sleeping between his beans. This morning he was eager for his test, shot and breakfast. He enjoyed his lung treat. And we had a short schmooze. Short because the electricians came back to do something in preparation for the connection of the generator's transfer switch tomorrow. Our power will be shut off by the power company tomorrow morning for a few hours so that the switch can be safely installed. And then we will have to wait until Sept. 19th to see if the generator works!! (The propane won't be hooked up until then.)

We are having a string of hot, humid weather. Rusty is suffering in his long fur coat.

Hey Rusty - You is hot! Well don't let your beans steal your coat! You remember what happened to all those kittehs Mel got - they got their clothes and luggage stolen and ended up nekkid at her place! It was quite tragic!

If you want to cool off, you can come to my place, we can lounge by my pool and play on the yacht. The CATapult is working great and you could go for a nice fly! You can even wear Ollie's cape when you fly!

Stop messing with those beans cause they is gonna steal your clothes when you sleeping! and let's go have some cool fun!

Hi Ella. Looks like Rusty is continuing her surf from last night. Keep surfing Rusty; you're looking great!

Bummer about the hot humid weather but if you like it and want more of it just move to our neck of the woods. :lol:

WOOT (!!!) on that amps! Well done Rusty. What a nice recovery from your fur shot. Surf well today. Maybe you can avoid that bounce? Worth a try?

Good fortune with the electrical work. A bummer to have to wait for the propane. I hope all will go well: I am sure it will! :-D :cool:

Bummer on the hot and the humid. I will hope at least that the humid part goes away. not likely though huh. We have taken a turn towards the wet and cool stuff. non stop rains here today....

Oh my! Nice AMPS Rusty! Sounds busy there. Sorry about the heat. We have it too, but we are OK so we are suppose to. :lol: Have a great day Ella!

Nice surf for Rusty today. :mrgreen: Yuck on the hot and humid weather. We're dealing with that too, but it should cool down some by next week. I hope you get a cool down soon too.

It's supposed to cool to the 70's, for us, next week. Hope it does there too. :smile:

Rusty has been enjoying a beautiful surf in the lagoon. Good work, LagoonMeister!

The electricians came back and were here all morning. Tomorrow our power will be off starting at 8:30 A.M. I think the insulin will be OK as long as we don't have to open the 'fridge. I can always transfer it to a cooler and use the ice blocks. The electricians didn't think it would take more than an hour.

To visit some condos now. Hope all is well in LL,

Rusty, you're surfing a little close to the dangerous part of the lagoon. Head on over to the deeper end please.

Paws crossed the power isn't off very long tomorrow.
 
We have a little rise tonight after a great green day. (But Rusty just ate most of his dinner at bedtime!)

Rusty, did you get pruney from being in the lagoon all day? Hopped out for a bit, but I think you need to get right back in! Didn't you hear, wrinkly is in now! :-D
 
Lovely cycles for Rusty!
I'm very glad he's doing well..... except the humid part.
Lucy has long fur also and thick undercoat, so she really has hard time dealing with hot too.
I hope the electrical work tomorrow will go smoothly.
