A couple more cycles at this dose, then I'm going to invest in some high test coffee, up the dose, and resign myself to getting up in the middle of the night again to watch what Neko is doing. If you have any spare "switch lows to day time" vines hanging around, I'd dearly love some sent this way. My only consolation is knowing that Neko is spending time in the blues (at least) overnight - I'm just not seeing most of it. Her PS are mostly pretty good, it's just that continual middle of the day pinks that's depressing me.

It's gloomy and rainy here, but after such a dry summer it's a welcome sight. I love the sound of the rain falling, and this time it's real rain, not just the occasional showers we've seen lately. The gardens and forests will be so happy to get this gift of rain. The only impact on Neko is that she did just a very short stint under the BBQ shelf on the deck and didn't wander anywhere else. She is currently snoozing on a fleece on a chair in the solarium, probably ignoring the sound of rain drops.

Sorry about the pink. Hopefully Neko will flatten out in the day time for you soon.

Maybe you ought to try an experiment with your lighting. Leave the lights on at night. That might confuse her! :lol:

I'm glad you're getting your rain. I think of the PNW as being rainy (lived 2 years in Seattle) and am surprised that you've had an unusually dry summer. Enjoy those raindrops!

Flat yellow end of cycle, could mean anything with Neko. :lol: We only had about 1/2 day of good rain, then it moved to showers or not much. Still possible T-storms tonight. Neko hasn't been out yet - not much interest in moving beyond the BBQ (2 feet out the door).

@Carla - Pink seems to be part of Neko's personality. :YMSIGH: I'm happy when she hits yellow mid day though.

@Nancy - Neko is stubborn like a cat. :roll: I do like the "hit head against brink wall emoticon". I feel like that sometimes, not much I can do to change Neko from what she likes to do.

@Ella - Not sure how the neighbours would feel about bright lights in the solarium overnight. :lol: This has been an unusually dry summer. No rain at all in July which is a record and a very late start to serious rain in August. Back to sun this weekend. It's amazing how many of the locals miss the rain.
