Seems about right to me. You already know that 1u isn't enough on a 150, right? And on a late shot, sometimes they lose a little ground. If it was only 30 minutes & he wasn't zooming I wouldn't think it would make much difference, but could account for maybe a few points higher I guess than you would see otherwise. Little bit of loss of overlap maybe.
I really doubt he went too low - we've never seen low #s with him, the closest you got was on the 1.4, and he seems pretty sensitive to each insulin drop, so for him I'd say there's a big distance between 1 & 1.4. Plus you've shot doses from 0.5 up to 1u on PSs like that and the only time (recently) you got even a green # was that one 86 - everything else has only been in blue #s. The only way to tell for sure though is to get data - next time you shoot on a 150, if there's any way to get a mid-cycle test in, that will help you interpret whatever dose you end up shooting.
