Technically you can give insulin for any number above 90. Like 91.

Gave drop dose, he has slightly risen higher throughout the day. He may just need one dose per day.

I think he's very close to what-we-shall-not-name but needs a little insulin support.
Give him a drop dose BID for a week and see. But get a test in the night cycle (later than +1! )

See if you want to advance your shot timing so that you can get a +2 or +3 at night without having to stay up very late.

I wish I could but I can't do the early morning dose then and keep them 12 hours apart. I did a +2.75. He's at 90.
