I left his pen out overnight this time. Second time it's been out so will watch for signs that it no longer is good. He ate 35 minutes before amps so possibly would be a bit lower. Still looks like a bounce.

My mom's internist wrote late last night with results from yesterday and they are as bad as I anticipated. We have a fit in appointment with her cardiologist today at 1:00 but I don't know what he can add or do. Thanks for all the prayers and please keep them coming.

Your pen is no doubt just fine. Some people don't keep their insulin in the fridge, and it just shortens its life. Leaving it out over night once or twice shouldn't make a difference (unless your apartment is really hot, which I know it isn't).
