Morning! ~O) ~O) Maggie started her new fattened dose at the pm cycle last night. I kind of messed up with the AMPS. I couldn't sleep and woke up with Maggie sleeping beside me, so sweet. I've been watching a lof of the hurricane on TV! Once she got up at the +10, I tested her, and she was 125, nice! She was starving and begging and begging, so I gave in and gave just a little Gerber bf chicken & a tsp. FF. I didn't want her to faint from starvation! It spiked her up to 166, so this is not a true number. Now I can see how much the Gerber bf affects her numbers, as it does have corn starch. Still on the ATrak, not bad. I checked on my back-up Relion Micro, and it registered 128 - a 38 point variance. I had a stubborn bubble, so not sure what her +2 or +3 will be. I normally don't test until +3 or +4 because Maggie is a slow slider and flat, but this is just Maggie. Most test at the +2 to see where the cycle spirit may lead them and what to expect for the day! Hope everyone has a nice day. Not sure what's on the agenda today.

Hey Maggie, We both got fattened doses! You are lookin' good on yours. Mine just started, so the jury is out. I'm watching the hurricane, too.

Hi Ann, Maggie seems to like her new dose. Good luck with it. Yep, our rain has started and is coming down pretty hard, but no real wind yet. Fingers crossed! My friend's kitty is home alone in her apartment, but the super is going to check in on him if it looks like the building is having problems (she lives on the 12th floor and has a terrace, which she cleared off before she left).

Maggie likes this dose but seems a little lethargic when she gets to the 80's. She didn't want to eat after the +3, so I'll see if she will eat some fresh lc FF! I could break out the FF T & Giblets, but I want to see what she does first.

Hi Ella, I hope no damage from the wind and rains, fingers crossed and vines. Nice of your friend's apartment Super to check on her kitty. I hope kitty is doing okay and not too frightened.

Hey Rusty, yes watching the hurricane is scary for all our ll'ers. Good luck on your new fattened dose.

Nice! Maggie brought herself up just on her usual lc fuds. Looks like I can run out and pick up some more fuds and pick up a coffee. I've been up since 12 am I think, off and on sleep. She is so cute sleeping on my exercise pillow on the floor.

Wow...looks like the bubble didn't matter. I don't think I've ever seen Maggie at an 83 on the AT. NICE!!! Glad the little extra dose helped bring her down a bit.

Hi Karrie, I had a good laugh at the picture - it's a scream! :lol: Back at you with a hello from me and Maggie. Too bad I don't have a pic - soon - waiting for a Sony digital camera to see if it's on sale before buying. Thanks for popping by and for the hilarious pic.

Hi Marje, thanks and yes the fattened dose or two drops really makes a difference in Mags. She did get in the 80's and below a few times, but it was the first time and before remission.

Hi Georgia, yes I was pleased when she went up just on the lc fuds. She's been sleeping all day, so not sure if the lower numbers have her zonked out! I guess a little beauty rest can't hurt!

Hi Maggie....Curry here......You betcha on being play buddies......I have lots of toys to share.....And I've trained my bean to run up and down the hallway with the toys.....I just chuckle.....Silly bean.....And Sid can teach us her jumping tricks....She is a really good jumper.....And we can sip on Tena's Tunatini's with shrimp....See ya ~Curry

SO sorry to be so late in visiting... I went and played today. I am now so late on everything! :roll:

What a great day for Maggie - all those greens. I think she likes this new dose.

So nice on finding her sleeping next to you when you woke up. I just love that. :cool: :cool:

I hope you got your walk in this morning! :-D

Hi Tena, it was so hot here after I did some laundry i didn't make it for my walk, but tomorrow for sure. I should do as you do first thing in the morning. The humidity is so bad. I know it's been so much worse in your area. We are wuses (sp?) here, softies, he, he!

Hi Michelle, no worries. I'm so glad you enjoyed your walk with DS, how fun! Yes, Maggie is doing amazing today with this dose. She's not a bouncer, but I wonder about tomorrow morning!
