Good Morning,

Leo and i came out to DGP's late last night, he was a cranky kitty yesterday, nothing i did could make him happy. All he wanted was to be outside which we were for most of the day, at my place when he goes outside i make sure and sit out there and watch him since we are close to the street and i'm too scared he'll get run over. I brought him in when i had to go out and run errands (cat food, strips and renew my drivers license) and he was not happy, i let him out again all afternoon until i wanted to cook myself some supper and brought him in and he hissed at me, growled and scratched when i tried petting him and would not stop meowing to go out. So we went out until it got dark, then i brought him in and he meowed and meowed and would not leave me alone, everytime i got up he made a run for the door. Leo didn't sleep a wink at all yesterday during the day, i even tried putting him to bed in my room but that was a no-go. I called DGma at 10 last night and told her we were coming out because my cat was going to drive me bananas. We came out and he went outside for a few hours, came back in and crawled into bed with me a happy kitty, he was purring and cuddling and fell asleep. DGpa doted on him all night, letting him out, going outside with a flashlight to get him inside so he could have a bite to eat (at 4 this morning) and giving him his needle this morning while i slept in!!

We'll stay here for the rest of the week i suppose, i hate to make him go to the city again when i know he just wants to be outside.

I've finally got myself an appointment for an hour long massage followed by a chiropractic appointment today. Have a great day everyone.

Tracy, love your condo, Leo just wanted to go over to DGPa's so he could have outside time there, too. You must be so tired, and Leo is a Happy Camper having the best of both worlds with you and his DGParents! :lol:

I've always been afraid of when the Chiros do that neck thing. I'm afraid my neck will break, crazy, huh!

Ann, that's the best part of a chiropractic adjustment is the neck cracking!! I'm still suffering from whiplash from my snowmobile accident, i hope my appointments today are covered by workers compensation.....i'll keep my fingers crossed.

Oh interesting Tracy on the neck! I hope Workman's Compensation covers it, fingers crossed. I remember the snowmobile accident and ouch on the whiplash. Sending some vines for all of it to help.

OMG OMG OMG!!! I am soooo grossed out!

Leo came in with a mouse and ate him up on DGma's new rug by the kitchen sink. I got his vitamin B12 shot all ready and waited until he was done eating his mouse, gave him his shot and checked his BG. I went to put the needle into the needle container under the sink and was busy talking to my dad and stepped on a mouse head that Leo left behind................blech........yuck yuck yuck. I've never screamed or had the heebie jeebies so bad.

Okay, you win!

Here's my entry: I put my shoes on this morning, and when I slipped my foot in one, I thought someone had puked in the shoe. Turns out when I was rinsing off some blueberries yesterday, one landed in my shoe (serves me right, leaving them on the kitchen floor!). I pulled my foot out, expecting to be totally grossed out, and my foot is that purple-blue. Had to laugh - better that than kitty puke!

Sorry Leo was so insistant on staying w/ his grandpeople... but it sounds like you were able to take care of yourself while there, so good for you! I made it to the chiro yesterday - not sure which part of my body hurt more, but the not being able to use my right arm to insert stained glass I had cut for the under-balcony lights at the historic theatre made me crazy! Wish I'd had time to go for a massage as well. My body is NOT liking the damp weather we keep having here. I'll be glad when fall actually arrives! Hope you enjoyed yours!

Oh dear, Tracy! Leo has been on a bit of a tear, eh? Still, if he's hunting and eating his kill, that must mean he's feeling good! Sorry you felt grossed out :smile:

You'd feel that way quite often around here then - just today, our youngest, Luca, caught and killed a molerat and then played what can only be described as football with it on the lawn :lol:

:lol: :lol: I'm glad to see Leo is back in full force. No wonder he wanted to stay with DGPa, better mousie hunting than in the city!

Oh Leo! You want mama bean home but can't stay away from the mousies. Eeeekkkk on the mouse head. :lol: :lol: :lol: I had to laugh when I saw that but would FREAK out if it were me.

Lucky Leo to have such compliant servants! :lol: :lol: And Yucko on the mouse head, fortunately or maybe unfortunately, when Tess was allowed out most of her gifts were stil alive when she dropped them at my feet for praise. Then I got to play "Catch the ….."!

Your Leo is such a character, and so full of energy!! Just love the account of your goings on :razz: and how much DGP loves Leo too... Thank you so much for sharing your information on FP, we are in so much better shape over here right not because of it. Hugs to you guys from us guys!! :YMHUG:

Me too Tracy, love hearing about the antics at your and DGParents houses. It sounds like Leo is back to feeling like his old spunky self. Yayyy! :-D

Well the little piggy has eaten 3 mousies today and demanded FF after eating each one :lol: :lol: He's currently sitting outside, he just loves the outdoors so much.

Wow on my massage and chiropractic appointment today, so painful! I got told by both the massuese and chiro that i am still suffering from whiplash and they are wanting to reopen my workers compensation claim. The chiropractor wondered how i can deal with such pain all the time once he started feeling my neck and said my headaches must be very painful. Not good at all. I am due to go back to the chiropractor tomorrow for another treatment.
