Happy Thursday, which is my Friday!
Nova seems to be adjusting to her low yesterday, bounced in the lemon tree, and came back to shore this morning. I hope she surfs today.
I'm looking forward to nice long weekend. We were supposed to go to a state park with a lake not too far from home but had to cancel due to low water and marina/docks closed. Although we could have gone, (our boat does not need a motor) the lake (reservoir) is not all that deep to begin with...100 yards from shore to where the water starts is a bit much. Nova will not get to experience the sand as soon as I expected. Maybe we'll get some fishing in closer to home, or take a nice long drive into the mountains--that are not on fire--and have a picnic.
