9th day on cabergoline, 6th cycle on 13 units Lantus. There's a good chance that I missed a green nadir on the night of 8/25, so I'm waiting for him to come down from this bounce before making any dosing decisions.

Since I'm assuming I missed a green nadir on 8/25, I'm going to keep him at 13 units tomorrow and will increase to 13.5 units the next day if he doesn't come back down to green.
