Hi guys .. checkers is looking good this morning .. he's holding pretty steady for you, which is always a nice thing .. hopefully with the extra juice he'll just continue cruising in these nice numbers .. have a great day guys!

Barb, good luck with the eatra drop. Checkers is already looking good today. This might be a good day just to relax at home, maybe order a pizza! I guess I must be hungry! :-D

Morning Barb - although I bet t is afternoon there now. Nice and even for checkers today - looks good, a resting day for him. :-D Good luck with the dose change today - I hope that brings him down a little. GO CHECKS!!

Have a good one today - hope the rains aren't too bad.

I guess I can forget about him coming down any more today, as I just let him get into dry.*shakes head at stupidity*

Enjoy the rain. It's not here yet. It will probably rain all day tomorrow, when we want to take our guests canoeing.

It finally got to raining, after threatening all day. Poor Checkers had trouble turning his body to bathe his hip.....or was trying to lick it, because it hurt. I gave bupe, it's not fair, that I can take meds and he has to wait for me to notice he's hurting.
He's walking around now, so he must be feeling better. :smile:

some nice numbers there Checkers! perhaps your hanging on the blue floor is what encouraged Rupert to start heading that way again! Hope the kibble was only a few bites and doesn't affect you too badly!!!

Glad Checkers is walking better. He had a nice blue cruise today, maybe the forbidden dry food won't hit him too hard. Have a great evening!

I'm glad Checks is feeling better with the bupe on board. Poor little guy. Eh, kibble happens...we all survive when it does!

Yikes, I guess there's no doubt that he got into the kibble. I forgot to close the door, while Tux was eating.

Checkers responds so well to bupe. I wish I could give it every day. I'm going to ask Dr Dave about giving it more often.
He feels so good, after about an hour. I love to see him prancing down the hallway, tail held high, like he's so proud of his royal handsomeness :lol: .
He also gets very affectionate, and lovey dovey, staying close to me, while I go about the house. He's normally more aloof.

Hi Barb, the last dental Maggie had, the Vet gave her Bupe for extractions. She also became very affectionate. :-D I'd be interested in what Dr. Dave says. Check with Marje, as I believe Gus gets it regularly. I think it was Gus?

yuck checkers! Why do you wanna be way up there? I'm glad that checkers is feeling better after the bupe .. and hopefully by morning he is back down on the lower floors ...

Thanks for the reminder, Ann. Marje did tell me a while ago, that Gus was getting bupe daily. (I think!)
I'll ask her again, when she seems up to going thru it again with me.

oh wow on that pmps. kibble for sure. bet he loved every morsel. :roll: sorry for the red, but he will come down. and small hooray for the wonders of bupe - I'm glad that he is feeling better today.

Oh no contraband!!!! The dry is pretty hard to resist, isn't it Checkers?!

Isn't there any possible means of getting Tux to eat canned food? This just puts Checkers over the edge -- again.
 
Sienne, Tux throws up canned food. Clancy gets diarrhea from it, and also pukes it. I'm working on them, small amounts at a time.
It's my fault, when Checks gets it, I know.....I get distracted, and neglect to close door when civvies are eating.
