Well I wasn't expecting quite that low for a PMPS. I'll be around and able to test/monitor. And I fell asleep early last night (could not stay awake and woke up once holding my phone replaying a tiktok), so I'm not as sleepy today as usual. Win!

Well that was faster than I thought. Sort of kicking myself for getting distracted and not having a +10 or 11 to see if she had just been dropping since the 63.

Thanks - we're 8 cycles in on this dose and I'd like to keep her on this one for a bit longer, so I'm glad I caught it at 40. Although if she wants it, I know she'll go for the reduction, regardless of what I want.
