I would up the PM dose a hair and see if that gets you a better AMPS, and if so hold the AM dose on that (unless it's like 150 or something, then I would lower a bit), and then I think you might be getting close to some perfect numbers.
Because the PM shot is at +14 it's like a dose reduction, so whatever he is tolerating with the AM dose, in theory he should need a slightly higher dose in the PM to get the same results, even with a better PS. With Bix if I shot at something like +14, I would have to raise the dose by say 0.2 to have any hope of getting the same results as on a +12 shot. Even so he usually would just run flat on a late shot.

Ok will go up to either 3.1 or 3.2 tonight depending on number.
Had to wait a little longer for him to get up to 192 last night to shoot.
