I woke up briefly at 230am to feed LC to Moonie because I was worried she’d break the bounce too rapidly and trigger another bounce. So I was happy to see that her numbers were lower but not so low that it would indicate a big overnight drop.
Moonie always sniffs the food coming and licks her little lips unconsciously before waking up, which always makes me laugh.
We have our dry run with our last sitter today, so we’re planning to finalize the sitter schedule this evening. I’m cautiously optimistic especially as I found out that one of our sitters is actually an FDMB lurker (!) who fosters diabetic kitties. Maybe she’s reading this now
Today’s photo is courtesy of Parker who was able to capture Moonie’s weirdest behavior in the wild. She stands on her back legs while holding her front legs out to the side like a little penguin when she grooms. I’m not sure why but it always always makes my day.
