Mouse's urine came back clear! So....no answers about the nausea. She pooped yesterday, so not constipated either. No vomiting. She seems to feel okay...not sore and moving around okay. I've been giving her Mirataz every other day and zofron every 8 hours. This a.m. I gave her a Cerenia. Still won't eat her food much. Freeze dried turkey treats-yes. I also stopped feeding the Stella and Chewy rabbit and duck. She's getting Instinct rabbit and duck...when she eats. What else can I do?

Mouse has IBD diagnosed by ultrasound. Could be cancer, but we aren't doing a biopsy. She's taking Prednisolone 1/2 tablet every other day and was doing pretty well. She's had a lot of utis this year, but doesn't have one now. Her bloodwork was done in June and looked good. Her potassium was a bit low, so Tumil k. She takes Gabapentin for a sore leg. Constipation has been an issue off and on but she went yesterday and it was good size and normal. Currently she's hiding....and she hasn't had her morning meds, of course.
 
I wonder if it is scl. You are doing everything I can think of except sub-q fluids and treating as if scl with pulsed dosing of chlorambucil. Does she get miralax for constipation? Maybe Wendy has more ideas.

She does get Miralax. I'm not sure it's actually doing anything. I thought it had to be the raw with bone, so I switched her back to Instinct and turkey selects, which has no bone. The vet is supposed to call today to discuss fluids. I have them, but the last time I tried that it was a total disaster. We haven't talked about chemo yet. She was doing so well on Pred. She even gained 2 lbs.! She's never been this heavy before. And I didn't use mirataz at all. And now nothing seems to work.
 
Are you reducing with 3 under 50 or once under 40 as a long term over a year of every time under 50 still?
