so another spectacular dive and swoop yesterday but at least we saw some greens. Nice yellow this morning but looks like he is still going up from last night's greens, hopefully he won't go too high.. ha ha..he's probably heading for the red floor by lunchtime I"m guessing. Oh well, I snuck the dose back up to the full 2.0 yesterday and it seems to be working. Hopefully he'll get back on track soon.

Rupert BEBT this morning, looking good and being his usual bossy self so he's unphased, once again, but the diving and swooping. sigh.

Hi Pip,

I don't think I visited you before. Rupert seems to have his days and nights mixed up! Keeping you awake with low numbers and bouncing with high ones all day! It drives me nuts when Racci does that.

Hope you have a blue day.

Looks like Mr. Bounce had a really good cycle last night.
Come on, Rupert, let's do it on both cycles.
No need to jump on that trampoline. The green is much nicer than you seem to think.
Let's trade the trampoline in for a surfboard.

Sorry you can't ride the surfboard on a trampoline.

oops! early in the morning is NOT a good time for me! maybe I was just hoping it was Saturday already!

Re: 8/24 Rupert AMPS 280, +1.5 329

Jeepers, his numbers are crazy!!!! Looking at your recap of yesterday, it almost looked like his "cycle" was 34 hours long!!!! He steadily came down allllllll day long until the middle of the PM cycle and then started his ascent! It's like his cycle is in slow motion to the rest of the kitties. Then I start hearing his voice in slow motion...

HHHHHEEEEEEYYYYYYYYY YYYYOOOOOOOUUUUU GGGGGUUUUYYYYSSSSS!!!!!
WWWWAAAAAIIIITTTT UUUUPPPPPP!!!!!!

Wish you could really make sense of his numbers and bounces. These cats really are crazy! Hope he doesn't bounce too high!

Rupert seems to be riding the whole numbers rodeo the past couple days, these cats do like to keep us guessing. Hope he settles down soon and you both have a quiet evening!

Hey! at least it's a yellow for PMPS.. I"m happy with that! although I also know that it might mean another long night for me! sigh. least it's the weekend, and we all know how Rupie likes to party on a Friday night!

Nice to see Rupert heading down to the blue, and not toooooo dramatically (at least by his standards).... also.. nice to see a somewhat more 'normal' curve with the slight rise after food and then a nice dip a little later on. Looks like he's not planning anything too wild tonight! Nice to see him away from the reds and blacks though. I'm going to assume that somehow he got into some kitty contraband kibble. Seems like a logical explanation, although as we know, Rupert is anything but logical or predictable. Am going to hold this 2.0 dose for a while, even if he does dip a little, as Sienne suggested, go for three dips below 50 before trying the reduction again. Hope everyone is having a great Friday night!

Good luck with the new reduction strategy! It looks like Rupert is acting much more sensibly today on the new dose. Do you think he could give Neko a gentle tug?
