We have had A LOT of stress in our house the last couple weeks. Not sure if that's playing into his #'s or if there is something else going on. Grrrr.... Not sure what to do.

Don't overreact just yet. This may be a bounce off of the blues from yesterday -- look at the jump from 179 to 250. This looks like a bounce. Give it the 72 hours to clear and then let's look at dose.

On the other hand, if there are other signs that something is wrong, listen to your gut. Check for ketones. Any litter box problems? Could this be a contraband food issue?
