Well AMPS 242 PMPS 242 dosed 1 unit each time...
BEST news...Squiggs is running over people in the kitchen for food. Go Squiggy!
I saw him drink well when I was there...I'll talk to Jean about checking hydration tonight...
Patti, after the 73 and 133 I was worried that this was Squiggy's minature version of rebound...worried he would hypo while home alone....
Jean will be trying spot checks when she can at night....I told her ANYWHERE between +2 and +6.
MD dry for now is a regular part of his food...he still likes dry even tho there are few teeth in there. Maybe that means there will be higher insulin needs...but it works for Squiggy. Also lets him free feed if in a bind...if Jean leaves wet food other 2 cats devour....they all munch dry at leisure.
Until I see something funky again I think 1 unit is safe to stick at til the next curve this weekend
Jean and DB have long schedules....they are gone 10 and 12 hours a day respectively. TID is NOT an option....unfortunately.
I'm just thankful there are not been many readings over 200!
Squiggs also had something to say about testing this morn....means he's getting feisty
