Finally some movement. I stuck with our regular .5 units this morning, and I plan on running home to get a spot check around +6 or so. I'm cautiously optimistic that he will be easier to regulate this go round than he was on the PZI.

Hi guys .. nice start to the day .. I also hope you find that he is easier to regulate on lantus .. it's so nice to see them in healing numbers isn't it?

Please get tests during the PM cycle. Lantus dosing is not based on your pre-shot test. Dose changes are contingent on the nadir. You need to get at least one spot check per cycle.

Also, is it possible for you to color code your SS so it's in sync with the SS's we use?
