Calley's AMPS at 6:30am was 229. She was terribly hungry last night......more so than usual, which is always voracious.

Found huge long formed poo this morning right outside the litter box.

+5 she was down to 79. Was worried so fed her big bowl of food mixed with alittle water.

+7 up to 93. Why no food spike? I haven't seen any evidence of food spike in her numbers. Why would that be? Does that mean she isn't getting any good response from food? I thought food would bring her numbers up by +100 points or so?

Prop only get a foodspike the first few hoursafter insulin. Thats when she iswaiting for the insulin to work. But she dosent aleays get a food spike, depends on how much of her portion she eat at once.

You should try to get an automatic feeder and feed every 6 hours. So much better for the cat to get foodafter 6 hours if going a bit low when not home.

I'll look into the automatic feeders. Calley leaves nothing on her plate...not a single crumb. I think she would eat multiple cans of food in a row if I were to let her. I find her eating on my plastic flip flops and any other food thing she can find.

Any recommendations on auto feeders?

I found one just like that on the Petsmart website.

Her PMPS was 287.

Then she promptly peed all over my hardwood floor. Her litter box is clean and just a few feet from the place where she peed. I don't know how much more of this I'm going to be able to tolerate. She is not getting any better and she is vomiting and peeing outside the box again.

How much longer do I let her go on like this?
