He is clearing the bounce so there will be some additional momentum this cycle. How about +2 and +4?

You also want to try and figure out how low he is going on this dose. Dosing is based on nadirs. Ignore the bounces. Too much insulin can look like too little insulin. That usually happens when one does not test (or test enough) and therefore misses how low the dose is taking the BG.Makes sense.

The nadir is the lowest bg a cat gets in a cycle. It’s often mid cycle but cats bring cats can be at any point.![]()
