I was pleased with Susie yesterday. First time, in a long time, I did not get a yellow. Of course, I know if I had tested later in her pm cycle I might have.

Now, we see if she bounces :arghh:

Does anyone know what the carb content of the small cans of Royal Canin Glycobalance is? I have all these cans I bought, before I discovered FDMB, and would like to use them when I need m/c or h/c food for Susie. I wrote them but did not get a response.

I hope everyone has a really nice, safe Saturday. Kitties too! :D

Hi Summer, it says 14% carbs on the
https://catinfo.org/chart/index.php

The Glycobalance is 14%. Keep in mind, the fiber is higher (2.4%) which will lead to slower absorption. Just something to be aware of in a situation where you're feeding MC to immediately get the blood sugar up.

I'm happy that you saw no yellow yesterday. Let her know that I would like it if she could not bounce and cut you a break. It's frustrating that she's given you yellow numbers today I know, but you are a most excellent caregiver and are doing everything you can for her.

Thank you, Acadaca. Any word on whether you can retroactively start your OTJ trial on the 16th? I really don't understand why not.

I'm doing a couple extra tests for the next handful of cycles and if they are green I think we are good to go. Hopefully the retroactive trial will start soon. We'll see what the little fellow has in store for me.

I sure hope Susie gives you a nice and uneventful surf tonight.
