After a beautiful day of greens, Simon is back up to his usual blue number for the AMPS. This is not a surprise since I gave a 1/2 dose last night. I am going to be away from home for most of the day because I have to go into work for a little bit. I thought I was done with the weekend work, but things came up. Darn! DH will be home for some of the day so he can keep an eye on Simon and test him.

I hope everyone has a wonderful, restful, Sunday.

Boooo working on the weekends should be against the law. Glad Simon's number is due to dosing and not that darn food. Hope you get some time to relax today Georgia.

Morning guys!! Not a bad amps at all - nice considering the half dose last night. Think green Simon - you can do it!

Very nice AMPS....hope he'll come down with even a half dose...shouldn't affect him too much esp if you go back up tonight!

Sorry you had to work today...big bummer.

You can tell that I am just oblivious to everything going on around me lately since I didn't even know what day it was today. Thanks, Natalia for letting me know that it isn't the 24th. Wow -- I am really out of it! I just got back from working 8 hours and have to do it all over again tomorrow.

Simon has been in the blues all day but that is expected since he only got 1/2 of a dose last night. Guess what -- I bought some EVO chicken for him to try and yesterday he gobbled it up like it was the best thing in the world. Today, he won't touch it! I am so glad I only bought 3 cans of the stuff since it is pretty expensive. Back to the drawing board to discover something that Simon likes that doesn't cause his bg to go up (like FF does). I didn't get a chance to go to Walmart, but I'll try next weekend to see about Special Kitty. At least he likes the Friskies turkey.

Have a great evening everyone. I am going to go uncork the wine and eat some popcorn. That is about all I can do for dinner!

MMMM Wine and popcorn. A little chocolate and I'd be in heaven LOL.

Simon is a cat huh. Gobble up the one can and turn his nose up after that. :lol: ohmygod_smile

Hi Georgia, a nice AMPS for just a half dose. My fuds experiment flopped, too. I tried some Nature's Variety no grain chicken, and she wouldn't touch it. I, too, just bought a couple cans. I'm going back to some FF chicken feast and will watch how much it spikes her bg. Sorry about the Sunday work, bummer. Hope you can relax some tonight.
