Whelp, barely in the blue for her +6! But I didn't get a +2, dang. :/ I wound up falling back asleep again. I really need to stop that.

But I called the vet today to see if there's anything I can do for Tip's itching, so that she can heal, and the vet suggested e-collars. Not wanting to go that far since I know it'll drive her NUTS, the vet then suggested antihistamines. Didn't say what, but I'm to pick it up sometime after 4pm today, so I'll find out then.

Another big drop for Tip today, you are right getting more AM numbers in between PS and +6 will help clarify what is happening. Sorry to hear Tip is itching, poor kitty! I hope your vet gives you something that relieves her itch and any related skin infection from scratching.

Tip is BLUE! :-D I don't know about the antihistamine. I hope you find something that helps Tip with that annoying itching.

She was 336 tonight! :D Yay! I'll definitely be watching her like a hawk. Neither of them ate as much as they usually do, but I was buzzing around putting groceries away.

And I'm back with the antihistimine. I think it's spelled.... chlorpheniramine. It can be so hard to read a doctors handwriting. But it's the exact same stuff Christmas gets for her allergies. Poo. If Tip winds up needing more, I'll just ask the vet if I can use Christmas's to save money.

Tip hit the lowest she's been in a while, yay! But I was wondering if it's safe to get some sleep? As i took a tylenol pm just before testing her because off a bad headache, but don't want to leave her to go low. I did just give her some food.

Given the big drop, by any chance did you retest to make sure the +5 was accurate? If it was, you might want to get a +6 and see where the numbers are heading. I also suspect that Tip will bounce so if numbers are heading up, you can go to sleep.

No, I didn't think to retest, sorry. But +6 was 156.
