Doc is a BIG ball of sweet this morning! I know part of it is a food spike - he's one of those that likes food after it's been sitting for a while and gets a little dried out. He came up on the bed about 5am wanting food but I told him he'd have to wait - he got down shortly, I see that his food bowl in his room was empty along with 2 of 3 saucers on the island. He's such a character - still thinks his long trim pieces are MUCH more fun than any of those toys. I glanced down the hall last night after hearing noises - he was on his back with this 3' trim piece between his four feet just wiggling it like crazy. This trim is made of PVC and is only about 3/4" wide so very light. Next I expect him to try out for DAKOTA NINJA!
Litter - I bought a HUGE bag of crushed walnut shell litter yesterday and filled litter boxes. If you missed our CLUMPING LITTER find from yesterday, PLEASE check it out HERE. It's VERY important!!!
I'm feeling a LOT better - tooth is no longer tender, cough is still happening but it's not a deep cough, just what's left of the bronchitis. I put up WALL TILE yesterday!!!! This is my stove backsplash - I did custom cuts and made patchwork squares that match all the colors of everything we used when we put in new countertop, cabinets and floors. There's still one row of 6 tiles left but I can't put those up until we build our range hood and exhaust. We're not buying a readymade range hood, no cabinet to mount it under so we're making one ourselves. We learned we could buy the power unit which contains the blower, housing, lights and switches all in one.
I'm HOPING I can put up at least one side of the countertop tile today! That's a BIG hope as DH has already had 2 major paralysis attacks, it's only 11am. I've already given as much potassium as I can for the next 4 hours. He's in a VERY VERY CRABBY mood - I may just move in with the neighbor instead....
BIG HUGS to all that visit today! Thoughts and prayers for those needing them - still holding Jamie/Jupiter close. I see she's not posting so I'm a bit worried...
