Good Friday All in Lantus Land!!! I thought now that the summer school program for my students was over the end of July I'd be able to post more often, alas it was not to be! ohmygod_smile There has been a change in my daughter's professional status.....she got hired by a school district outside of Harrisburg, but unfortunately for us, she'll be 3 hours away from home. :sad: So......the last week has been spent apartment hunting for her, to be settled before classes start on August 26th. We succeeded and found her a lovely place 20 minutes from work, right along the beautiful Susquehanna River. :-D
Sabrina has been holding her own, (feel free to view ss) & I'm trying to fine tune her dose....looks like 1.25U a little too much, 1.00U not quite enough nailbite_smile Could her normal nadir, when it drops below 50, still be ok on the dose she is on? She doesn't look or act like a hypo cat with symptoms. Of course, tonight I'll be looking for the inevitable bounce she gives me 98% of the time, just her pattern, I guess :YMSIGH: I have to keep reminding myself, ECID!!!!!! & put on the patience pants grr_red Have a wonderful weekend................Cindy & Sabrina

AT WHAT POINT DO I DOSE SABRINA........BG AT LEAST 80 OR WHEN DOSE WEARING OFF...AT +14 ??????? PLKEASE ADVISE.....THANX

I think I'd continue to stall another 30 and test again. If she dropped to 39, she's also earned another reduction

If you put the 911 icon up, you'll get some more experienced eyes on your post sooner...and once you have their attention, you can take it down again.

Evening Everyone..............now at +14, I dosed Sabrina 1U. I'll probably see one heck of a bounce tomorrow morning! She really surprised me today with her #s :o Have a wonderful night :smile: Cindy & Sabrina cat_pet_icon

Good catch. Please get some early tests to make sure Sabrina doesn't decide to turn back around.

We usually only use the 911 in a real emergency...though sometimes newbies use it if they think they are having an emergency when seeing those first few lower green numbers....(I know I did when I was new...LOL)...Sabrina is in good hands with her mamabean, who has been doing great, has lots of experience, and was not in danger :-D The ? icon is sufficient.
