8/2: Nova--amps 267-bounce, when to docrease?

We are on cycle 8 with this increase, and, as Nova does, she is bouncing from the 70 last night. I don't remember, and I can't find, the info on increasing or not when in a bounce....

I think it's okay to increase as long as the cat is not zooming down from a big bounce, but I can't find the information either.
